Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • There is one exterior security camera facing the driveway.

  • No smoking allowed.

Pet Policy

  • This home is pet friendly. Maximum number of pets allowed: 99.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Enough parking space for 4-5 vehicles.
  • The road leading to this home is paved however AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Kitchen includes cooking basics, utensils, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, and laundry basics (washing machine and dryer).
  • Bed linens, towels, and high-speed internet are provided.
  • This property is located at over 4,000 feet in elevation and does not have central air conditioning. There are various window units.
  • All BRMR homes offer a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Hair dryers are not provided.
  • Hot tub and pool table are available.
